Membership and Sales Agreement

MEMBERSHIP AND SALES AGREEMENT

This Membership and Sales Agreement is entered into by and between the user who purchases a digital membership via the website www.englishtestlab.com (hereinafter referred to as the “User”) and English Test Lab (hereinafter referred to as the “Service Provider”).

1. PARTIES

Service Provider: English Test Lab

User: The person who purchases a membership on www.englishtestlab.com

2. SUBJECT

This agreement sets out the terms and conditions regarding the User’s access to all tests and content on the English Test Lab website for a period of one (1) year following the purchase of a membership.

3. MEMBERSHIP TERMS

The membership becomes active once the payment process is successfully completed.
The User gains access to all tests and materials on the site for a full year.
This membership does not renew automatically, and no recurring payments are charged.
Membership is personal and non-transferable to third parties.

4. PAYMENT TERMS

The membership fee is the amount stated at the time of purchase.
Payments are processed securely via the iyzico payment system.
The User is responsible for the accuracy of the payment information provided.

5. REFUND POLICY

As the User gains immediate access to digital content upon purchase, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
By completing the purchase, the User agrees to this no-refund policy.

6. SCOPE OF SERVICE

The membership grants access only to the content and tests available on www.englishtestlab.com.
The Service Provider reserves the right to update or remove any content without prior notice.

7. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

The User agrees to use the website in compliance with applicable laws and the platform’s usage rules.
The Service Provider is committed to ensuring uninterrupted service, except in cases of technical failure or maintenance.
